I plan to try out better ways to encourage my students to stay focuses on an activity and instead of scary warnings or getting them into trouble for not wanting to participate I can reroute them and maybe make the activity fit to their level and so they can participate and enjoy the activity instead of having them not doing it at all or getting in trouble for not doing it.

My goals for my classroom is that I can make my schedule fit my works standards while also being able to allow my students to have fun. I would also like to have my students reach the goal of being able to sit and work quietly or whispering when I am teaching a small lesson introducing a project or reading to them.

I have challenges with this whenever my time with my class is either cut short or too long and I have to find another activity to cover the rest of the time and sometimes my students may not enjoy or not get the idea of a specific project which can at times change my plans of the outcome I was hoping for.

i plan on trying to get the students to understand what is right and what is wrong because good or bad behavior always comes with a consequence i want them to be able to control their behaviors in order to learn.

I will try to implement creating a safe place for students so they can explore their creativity.

I would hope for the students to be more interisted in the lesson as will as being expressing themselves in the classroom.

Teaching students the new implementation for them to express them and knowing how to teach the correct way for them to learn these lessons.

Personally, I plan on making my students more included.

My goals are to keep the students in a good mind set to want to come to school.

I'm sure many students will not want to listen at times but will get adjusted.

I plan to implement a better system for the students who are misbehaving or not being expected. I plan to not shift so much of the actual punishment to my supervisors and instead make it more one on one for me and my student.

My hope for this change will be for my students to feel more comfortable and trust me more. I want to be seen as a teacher and a person of authority to the students rather than a simple ases leader

I expect some challenges will come from how comfortable a student is with talking to me rather than a coordinator or para professional. I expect some students to not take me seriously at first
