I wanted my goal to be for me to be able to better help my students be on the same track with me when trying to do an activity where it involves them to sit still and quietly work so what I tried was when speaking to them I talked quieter so they would have to quiet down to hear what I'm saying I also tried sitting down next to those who had trouble sitting still or talking and worked with them to get them motivated and started with their assignment and I also walked around a lot more and sat with students at a time and it helped a lot. | The students were all able to do their assignment prefect and seated down because they each got one on one time with me and they were able to get their talking out when I sat next to them and made small conversations of course they still had their loud moments but they were still seated and doing their work. | I feel like I could improve utilizing my clip chart because they really like being able to work for their clips to move up when they do good and I feel like I could do better with having them get better on raising their hands quietly to ask me questions and waiting for me to call on them before they start shouting their requests. |

What I did here was trying out a student store and stars to help motivate my students to try their best with listening and by following directions. I first started off by introducing my plan to my students and explaining how they gain gain stars and what they can be awarded with. | My students were very excited by the idea of it and they did well with trying to earn as many stars as possible and they even gave great ideas for what kinds of things could be included in the student store for them to earn. | What could have been improved was I could have made it clear to my students that not only do they have to follow directions to earn prizes but also because it is expected of them in general and in life in general out of respect of their teachers and classmates so that they can keep the learning environment calm and appropriate. |

The things i did was offer praise to students who are ingaged in working hard. I also implemented with my students with model ideal behavior. | Both went very will by allowing for students to know that they are doing a good job and getting praise will help them know they are being seen in the classroom. | What i could have improved was having set rules in the classroom and show them what will our rules be but not having strict rules. |

What I did was I allowed my kids to express their ideas on what things they would like to earn and what fair ways they think they should be able to earn these prizes then once I collected that information I made it work out the way I felt best. | My students loved it and it really made a difference in my classroom. | I feel like I could have dialed back on rewarding my students for things that are already expected of them so they understand how their behavior should look regardless of trying to earn a prize for it. |
